Adjusting the vehicle height: By inflating or deflating, the air suspension bladder can change the height of the vehicle. For example, lowering the vehicle height at high speeds can reduce wind resistance and improve stability; raising the vehicle height when driving off-road or through complex road conditions can increase the ground clearance and improve passability.
Adjusting the suspension stiffness: The stiffness of the air spring can be adjusted as needed. Single-chamber air springs adjust stiffness by changing the air pressure, while dual-chamber or triple-chamber air springs achieve multi-level stiffness changes through the switching of the main and auxiliary air chambers using an electromagnetic valve. For example, when driving at high speed, the air spring becomes harder, improving vehicle stability; when encountering poor road conditions, the air spring becomes softer, enhancing comfort.
Shock absorption and buffering: By taking advantage of the compressibility of compressed air, the air suspension bladder can effectively alleviate the impact from the road surface, reducing bumps and providing a more comfortable riding experience for passengers. It can also better protect the transported goods.
Protecting chassis components: Excellent shock absorption effects can reduce the impact on the chassis, minimize the wear and damage to chassis components, and extend their service life. In addition, the air suspension bladder can also make the tires better adhere to the road surface, reducing tire wear.
